Since he put on his chef’s hat, Antoine has pledged to a cuisine without borders, happily combining seafood with seasonings inspired by his travels. After several visits to Asia and South America, he introduces exotic flavors into Quebec dishes, making his cuisine bold creations.

Eco-friendly Catering
Behind his entrepreneurial DNA, our chef represents a generation of cooks who are aware of the importance of waste reduction. Reducing his ecological footprint is one of his priorities.
As part of this responsible approach, Bouchée Double supplies corporate serving dishes made from recycled materials. Meal boxes and utensils used by guests are compostable and non-plastic. The Montreal caterer strives to cook only local, seasonal produce. He and his team respect and encourage the producers of our Belle Province by promoting exceptional products.
