  • Cream of rutabaga, soubise and cabbage ashes
  • Butternut squash salad with delicate bread chips and parsley yogurt mousse
  • Smoked brisket egg roll with pickle jelly and maple-smoked mustard
  • Polpette pomodoro, parmesan crisp and orange gremolata
  • Beef bourguignon, potato mousse with aged cheddar cheese, roasted garlic bread croutons
  • Poultry breast, creamy tarragon and maple-smoked celery root purée
  • White fish steak with mouhamara sauce and sage-roasted fingerling potatoes
  • Salmon steak, dashi consommé, homemade sake with orange and fennel braised daikon
  • Velvety pea gnocchi with tarragon and chopped hazelnuts

  • All dishes are served with a mix of glazed autumn vegetables
    (carrots, squash, topi, PDT, salsify, etc).

  • Holiday cake:
    Génoise topped with butter, maple syrup & cream cheese icing, topped with homemade salted caramel
  • Chômeur 5-spice pudding with maple custard and chia nougatine
  • Other options are available for people on vegan & gluten-free diets.

How to order?

1- Reserve your date.

Identify the number of guests, the date and the time of your event. There is no need to know the sandwich and salad choices at this stage. Simply book your event using the form below as soon as possible. A quote will be sent to you to estimate the costs associated with your event.

2- Contact

We will get in touch with you to obtain more details about your event. If it is a multi-delivery event, we will need all the addresses to estimate delivery fees.

3- Delivery

You will get an order confirmation when you receive your invoice. Make sure that the delivery details are accurate.
