Giving back
To avoid waste in the kitchen, our surplus food is donated to the food bank Le Relais in Mascouche.
Bouchée Double Foundation
Launching our business and designing our menus was no easy task! We started cooking out of our little condo in Ahuntsic, before moving to larger premises!
Acquisition of 1560 Sauvé Street
The food is good, the clientele is great, and Antoine and Julien’s dream is finally coming true. We’ve found a house where we can offer our catering service. Our new home is 1560 rue sauvé, a building that once housed a home, a florist, a print shop and a catering business. We’ve renovated everything and built a brand new commercial kitchen.
Launch of the Bouchée Double Website
We chose to do things differently. Our business model is based on primarily conducting transactions online with our clientele. The Website is our showcase, where we display our masterpieces or our chefs at work 🙂.
The family is growing.
A pandemic, and then what! That’s not what’s stopping us – quite the contrary! It’s not easy, but we’re experiencing sustained growth, which has enabled us to hire an ever-expanding team. We’re also starting to make our social footprint felt, with several of our trainees coming from the Resto Plateau organisation.
